Affiliate Marketing Training – Live “Watch Over My Shoulder” Webinar
Think about this: What is the number one reason people get online everyday? Simple. To get information. Google alone serves up 400 million searches per day! So what does this mean to you? This quest for information is an opportunity for you to fill a need. And when done correctly, you can get paid for it, too!
Info marketing explained
First, understand that this is the simplest kind of business there is. You take information and turn it into a digital product – like and ebook. And then sell it to people who want to learn the info in it. Sounds simple enough, right?
How do you make it work?
We’ve established that it’s a simple concept. However, to succeed people need to want the information you’re providing. So you’ll need to find out what info is valuable. How do you do that?
One easy way to figure it out is with a simple search. Just go to Yahoo! answers or ask.com and you’ll get a good idea of the kinds of things people need help with. You’re looking for popular questions or common themes. That people are having trouble solving. And solve the problem for them by writing an info product on it.
An encouraging word
Don’t worry! Info product creation is easy… Consider this: An ebook is nothing more than a collection of articles. Don’t try to write a whole ebook. Just try to write one or two articles a day. And when you’ve got a few finished, refine and expand on them and put them together into an ebook.
OK, what’s so hot about digital products? Funny you should ask . . . Here are the seven reasons
1. Simplicity
Once it’s built it runs pretty much on it’s own. There is almost no support. So it’s nearly a 100% hands-free business. It really is like and automatic money machine.
There’s no inventory. You don’t have to ship anything. It’s all delivered online.
2. Product combos
Once you have a few info products created. You can combine them together to create new high ticket products. It’s a simple matter to merge a few ebooks into one. Then you can sell it for a lot more. There’s greater perceived value in a single big course. Instead of several small ebooks.
3. Resellers
You can grant other people resell rights to your own products. Recently, resell rights have become extremely popular, because most people simply don’t have the time, money and effort it takes to create their own products. Plus, you can charge double, even triple your selling price for resell rights!
4. Leverage
It’s your content, so you can use it in as many different ways as you want. Take parts of your info product and turn it into a email training series. And build an email list that you can sell other products to.
5. More leverage
You can also take parts of your ebook and turn it into smaller eBooks. Then use these to generate leads for the main product. You can give them away or even charge a small amount for them. Either way, you win because you’re feeding your funnel. You can even make these viral by allowing your affiliates to give them away. Wait, did I say “affiliates”?
6. Affiliates
This is one of the biggest reasons of all. When you own your own products. Other people can become your affiliates. Imagine having 100′s or 1000′s of other people promoting your products. Well, you *need* your own product to get affiliates.
7. Joint Ventures
OK, this is by far the biggest reason why. The number one way to launch your success is through joint ventures. So, I’d say this is the most important reason to have you own products. Without your own products, you can’t do JVs.
Summary
If you’re not convinced to start selling information products, then you’ve probably been sleeping. You’ll be the master of your destiny. Because it’s your business and you control it. So, decide to just start:
- Go to answers.yahoo.com
- Find out what people need to know
- Start writing
Information product development really is that simple. Before you know it, you’ll have your own info product.
